the hotel's impeccable attention to detail truly stood out, especially when it came to providing a welcoming environment for my elderly parents. From assisting them with navigating the premises to ensuring their comfort in the soundproofed rooms, the staff's good attitude and care were truly commendable. the presence of ironing facilities in the room was a thoughtful touch that added to the convenience of our stay. the cozy sitting area with garden furniture on the balcony, overlooking the picturesque Bosphorus, provided a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the stunning views. the seamless heating and air conditioning system kept us comfortable throughout our stay, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The well-equipped mini-bar and kitchen amenities, including cookware and an electric kettle, allowed us to indulge in snacks and beverages at our leisure. the flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of luxury to the room, complementing the overall ambiance of the historic setting.
